I decided to write this post, because I have found that a lot of people stop blogging after around 6 months. People seem to loose their interest and it is the end of their blog. Read this post to know how you can beat the 6month barrier and stay motivated forever

Take breaks from Blogging

Blogging is like every other work and you need to breaks once in a while. After you have taken the short break you will have a massive amount of energy to start blogging again. It is guaranteed.

First schedule posts for the time of your break. The interval of the blog posts can be even double your regular amount. But if you can, try to keep the same pace you have had before. When you have the posts scheduled, just inform your readers that you are taking a break. Tell them, that you have scheduled posts and when you are coming back. People will understand and they will wait for your return.

Think of the reasons why you started blogging

Reminding yourself why you started blogging is a great way to stay motivated. For example, if you started blogging for money, remind yourself that money comes only through hard work and by quiting now you are not going to earn a dime.

Be social with your readers

Encourage people to comment on your blog and interact with them. Many people get their motivation from socialising and your readers are a good target.

Visualize your Goals

Many people have goals with blogging. These goals may be to have 10000 feed readers or something else. Close your eyes and visualize your goal being completed. Really feel that you have completed the goal. This is a great tip to do once every day. It will guide you towards your goals.

Conclusion

What ever you feel or think, never give up. Believe that your goals can be achieved and think of the reasons why you started blogging. Feel free to take breaks from your blog and start to socialize with your readers. You will make it

How do you stay motivated with your blog? What is behind your blogging motivation?

Is content enough to get your site millions of visitors? Do you believe that if you just write-write-write people will eventually come? Are you an optimist?
Or is it the case [...]

Is content enough to get your site millions of visitors? Do you believe that if you just write-write-write people will eventually come? Are you an optimist?

Or is it the case that you believe that success online is just based on luck? Do you think that these random people got their link on authority sites and started getting massive amounts of hits? Are you an idiot?

If I Write Will they Come?

Basis for all is that you need to have content and personal ideas. Just writing is not enough, you need more. The stuff you write must be easy to read and it must be grammatically correct. It does not matter if you have great ideas if you write like an eight-year-old. Nobody will belive what you write if you are not a pro.

Besides just writing you need:

Grammatical correcteness

Fantastic content (BS won’t cut it)

Success Comes Through Hard Work

Think off all the people that are successes online. What do they have in common? – Hard work. Think of Darren Rowse and other similar blogging icons. Did they get there because of luck? Never. They have done a lot of work to get where they are now.

Can you do it? The first thing is belief that you can. I believe it and I am going to make it. There is nothing stopping me. Not even the normal 8-hour a day job won’t stop me. If you want to succeed get into believing you can. It is the only way.

As a blogger, what is your work? It is writing, but you have to understand that it’s just not enough. The key to it all is constant improvement. Strive to improve in all aspects, writing, communication, helping others or what ever it takes.

Conclusion

Success takes constant efforts.

Success is not based on luck.

Just writing a lot is not enough, you need to write well.

Keep always improving and you will succeed.
